Five holdings across four U.S. states and Mexico. ~$320M in assets under management. Each investment is a deliberate expression of our thesis: extraordinary natural assets, underserved by quality tourism infrastructure.
Tias Capital's portfolio is built around a single conviction: the most defensible tourism assets are those rooted in landscapes that cannot be replicated. We seek destinations where extraordinary natural features are underserved by existing infrastructure, and we build premium experiential operations designed to make those landscapes accessible without diminishing them.
Our portfolio has evolved deliberately. We began with eco-luxury hospitality, expanded into active adventure and glamping, and are now building our first membership-based social club and our first alpine resort. The common thread is not climate or category -- it is the conviction that the best tourism investments are experience-first.
